Mulltiply, Inc (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a US incorporated and registered company having its Headquarters at 2026 Lynn Ave, Los Gatos CA USA 95032. The company is engaged in the development, maintenance, and designing of the software applications for mobile, computers and other electronic devices.
The company is also the exclusive owner and developer of the application “Mulltiply” which is available on Google Play Store, Apple Store and other similar platforms for download and use by the general public.
The Company has herewith granted to Mulltiply Tech India Pvt Ltd an exclusive license and right to market and distribute, within the territorial boundaries of India, the software and services associated with the Mulltiply software.
That the present “Privacy Policy” explains and discloses to the user, the manner of collection, usage, transfer and storage of their information (both personal and non-personal) by the Company. The company operates and maintains the software application which is known by the name and style of “Mulltiply“.
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and has taken all appropriate measures for securing the information provided by the user while operating the mobile application or the website. Now this policy observes as below: -
The Application developed by the Company is in the nature of a digital ledger Where the user can maintain data entries related to business activities that includes payments, transactions, orders, salaries, attendance employee record, online payments etc. The Application further provides several other services such as facilitating online payments and receipts, settlement of payments and other such ancillary services necessary to maintain and update the application. The Application offers several other features which makes it easier for the user (individuals, small business owners and other entities) to maintain ledger accounts of the customers, send them reminders for the payments, preparation of tax invoices, payment receipts, quotation etc.
At the outset, the company intends to disclose that it strives to protect the privacy of its users at all costs and adheres to the data protection and privacy laws of the country. It only collects information which is necessary for the operation and maintenance of the above application, for providing the best end-user experience and for providing future services. The company follows stringent data protection policies and strives to protect the privacy of the individuals at all times.
By downloading and using the software application and using the services provided by the company, it is deemed that you have agreed to the present terms of the “privacy policy”.
That by downloading and using the company’s services it is deemed that the user has consented to the use of personal information and any other information that is collected by the company while the user is operating the application including downloading of the application to his device. The user further permits the Company to collect data from the external parties, affiliates, associates, aggregators, etc. The user is regulated by the laws of the country of its registration and is irrespective of whether the user is located in the country of registration or not. By using the present application user unequivocally consents and permits the company to use any such information and waives any right to raise any objection whatsoever in future.
“Information” refers to any details, data, particulars, contents which the user shares with the company while using the software application and also includes any information which the company collects from the user when he/she downloads and operates the mobile application such as the data collected automatically by the third-party SDK, google analytics, cookies, location information, log information, usage patterns, etc. which helps the company in providing better services.

That the user shall be required to enter certain particulars and personal information while using the application such as names, email address, phone numbers, etc. which is sought at the time of creating the account of the user or sign up. That the said information shall be deemed as personal information. Personal Information is defined as any information that identifies a particular individual or natural person, such as an individual's name, postal address, email address, and mobile number indicating that particular person or entity. That the Company collects the personal information when you subscribe to the application and/or signup and any other information with the user may enter at the time of the use of the website/application and that may remain stored in our servers such as payment or banking information. The information is stored in compliance with the data protection laws of the state.
Non-Personal Information shall mean information that does not identify the individual and includes information such as web beacons, web sessions, log data and aggregate information. The above information is collected and used to deliver the services to the user and to modify the website and/or application to the interests of the users. If the user declines to provide certain permissions which are considered as essential for the running of the software application, the Company may not be able to provide services.
Further, the Company may seek device permissions from the user to access camera, contacts, phone, camera, microphone, storage, SMS, etc. The device permissions may be essential
Information which the software application shall automatically track and collect: -
The company uses several tools and applications for providing better customer experience and for improving services. The company uses google analytics and similar to track the user behaviour on the application and this information is automatically stored in the secured company servers and later used for better outreach and improvements. It is a web analytics service that provides statistics and basic analytical tools for marketing and optimization purposes.
The application further automatically collects log information of the user such as IP details, browser details, device details, etc. whatsoever whenever the user visits the site and/or uses the application. This information is again used by the company to provide an overview of the web traffic, and learn how the user interacts with the website and mobile application and to improve the services.
The website and mobile application also use cookies to learn the user behaviour and to provide better service. HTTP cookies help the website and application to remember the user whenever they again visit the website or the application and distinguish them from other users. This helps the company give the user more personal and convenient user visits. HTTP cookies are a small block of data which is created by the website or application while the user is browsing the website and/or application and the information is placed on the user device. Therefore, when the user again visits the application or the website, he may find a personal experience. The information such as items stored in the cart, previously entered information in the forms, such as names, addresses, passwords, payment details, etc. is automatically stored by the cookies. That the Company may employ external SDK (Software Developer Kit) to test the software issues and fix bugs and improve the end-user experience. The information is shared only on the need to use basis and the Company ensures that external SDK employs extensive security measures and arrangements in order to prevent any breach in the data privacy.
Any information of the user which is available in public domain such as comments, reviews, blogs and messages shall not be considered as personal in nature.
The Company uses Data Analytics for the services provided to the user. Analytics is the systematic computational analysis of data or statistics. It is used for the discovery, interpretation, and communication of meaningful patterns in data for insights and trends. It also entails applying data patterns towards effective decision-making, to compute results and to solve problems.
