Thank you for choosing Mulltiply for your software as a service needs. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your subscription. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand our guidelines.
Cancellation During the Current Subscription Period:
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made during the current subscription period. Once a subscription is cancelled, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the prepaid period
After the cancellation date, there will be no further charges. You will not be billed for the subsequent billing cycles, and your access to the service will cease at the end of the prepaid subscription period.
Failure to pay for a subscription may result in automatic termination of access to our services. Automatic termination will occur if payment is not received within the grace period specified in your billing agreement.
Refunds for Unused Portions:
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods.
In exceptional circumstances, where we are unable to provide the service as agreed, a refund may be considered at the discretion of [Your SaaS Business Name]. Please contact our customer support team to discuss such cases.
